Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is available from 14:00 to 21:00.
Check-out is between 08:00 and 11:00.
To ensure a smooth welcome, we kindly ask guests to inform us of their expected arrival time in advance.
Children & Extra Beds
Families are warmly welcomed – children of all ages can stay with us.
Children aged 11 years and above will be charged as adults.
Please note that cots and extra beds are not available.
Age Restriction & Residents Rate Plan
There is no minimum age required for check-in.
Guests with a valid local ID may enjoy our special Residents Rate, available exclusively for Rwandan residents.
Pets
Pets are welcome upon request only. Additional charges may apply.

We invite all our guests to enjoy the beauty of Rwiza Village with care. Please respect the property, the environment, and fellow guests. Any damages or losses caused during your stay may result in additional charges.
